Germany first · For the Sicherheitsbevollmächtigte
Cleared for classified work, faster.
Clearance software for Europe's defense build-up, starting in Germany. Granted gets your company admitted to classified work, gets your people through the security check, and keeps you ready for review.
Security declarations checked before they leave the building. Every check tracked to the decision. Names stay redacted, always.

Pre-checkcaught an unexplained 7-month employment gap on GR-26-4216 before submission.
Built around the Security Clearance Act (SÜG) and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs' Geheimschutzhandbuch. Not affiliated with any government agency.
Why we exist
Classified work runs on three things. All three are slow, paper-bound, and live in one person's head.
I
A cleared facility
A company cannot admit itself to classified work. A public client has to request it, and most firms are not ready when the contract arrives.
II
Cleared people
Every hire waits months, often over a year, for an Ü2 or Ü3 check. A declaration with a gap comes back, and the clock restarts.
III
A security program
Briefings, travel reports, change notices to the ministry, and a review visit that can come in any year. Miss one and the clearance is at risk.
Germany is rearming faster than any country in Europe. The company side of every classified contract still runs on one security officer, a binder, and a PDF form.
That is why we start in Germany. Then the rest of NATO Europe, on the same product.
01Germany has exempted defense from its debt brake and is on course to be Europe's largest defense spender.
02Thousands of Mittelstand suppliers and a new wave of defense startups need clearances for the first time.
03Security checks are backlogged and paper-bound, and no software is built for the company side.
How it works
Three steps. One tool.
Step 1
Get ready
A guided check against the Geheimschutzhandbuch: security officer, management list, ownership and foreign-influence disclosure, storage. When the public client requests admission, the package is done.
Facility readiness4 of 7
Security officer and deputy appointed
Management personnel listed
Ownership and foreign influence disclosed
Security officers' SÜG checks requested
Classified registry set up
Classified storage plan
Subcontractor roster
3 items left before your client can request admission.
Step 2
Get your people cleared
Every security declaration is checked before it leaves the company. One view of every open Ü1, Ü2 and Ü3 check. A flag when a hire already holds a check that can be reused.

Questions
Asked and answered.
Is Granted an HR tool?
No. It is built for the Sicherheitsbevollmächtigte, the company's security officer. Security files stay separate from personnel files, as the SÜG requires.
Does Granted replace the government's process?
No. The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs decides, with the Verfassungsschutz investigating for higher levels. Granted prepares and tracks everything on the company's side.
We don't have a classified contract yet. Is this for us?
Yes. Your public client has to request your admission, but you can be ready the day the contract arrives.
Where is our data stored?
In Germany, under the GDPR, with access limited to your security staff. Hosting and accreditation details are shared under NDA.
Why Germany first?
It is the largest and fastest-growing defense budget in Europe, its clearance process is the most paper-bound, and NATO and EU agreements let a German clearance travel. We win Germany, then expand across NATO Europe.
Why are you in stealth?
We are building with a small group of German design partners and would rather ship than talk.
Talk to sales
Talk to sales.
We start with a readiness check: an hour with your security officer, and a written step plan afterward.
